As a company grounded in the principles of landscape architecture and design, PHASE3 is proactive in delivering solutions in the most challenging environments. Over the last 15 years, PHASE3 has been responsible for the delivery of many of Perth’s high profile commercial, civic and institutional projects including The Basin in Rottnest, The Busselton Foreshore, Scarborough Beach, Wireless Hill Memorial Park as well as numerous destination play spaces and public open spaces across the state.

DESTINATION PLAYSPACES

PHASE3 is the market leader in the construction of challenging, modern and safe playgrounds. Working with a wide range of materials and with the capabilities afforded by our in-house design and fabrication team, we have the ability to customise play features to match the design intent and experience desired by our clients. Examples of PHASE3 playgrounds include Bob Gordon Reserve, Braithwaite Park, Kinkuna Park and Busselton Foreshore Playspace.

ESTATE DEVELOPMENT

Having worked in a wide range of environments, PHASE3 has developed particularly efficient streetscape and display home landscape installation methods which contribute to the character of the estate and enable our clients to start selling blocks faster. Shoreline: Cockburn Coast, The Assembly in Coolbellup and Bushmead are examples of PHASE3’s contribution to streetscapes and greenfield landscapes.

PUBLIC OPEN SPACE REVITALISATION

Working in established areas as well as new developments, PHASE3 is continually pushing the boundaries of functional and beautiful public open spaces. From enclosed dog exercise parks to expansive sports fields and tranquil rest zones, PHASE3 has been responsible for the rejuvenation of many public parks and shared spaces across the state.
